The rules and limits for using EyeVerdict’s eye-care decision tools and educational content. Tools are educational and not a substitute for examination by a licensed eye-care professional. EyeVerdict is intended for users aged 16 and older, includes affiliate links that are disclosed in plain language, and operates under standard limitation-of-liability terms.

The reading-glasses strength tool produces an estimate only. It is not a prescription. Confirm any strength with an eye exam before purchasing prescription lenses.

Permitted use

You may use EyeVerdict for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Scrape, copy, or republish tool logic or content at scale.
  • Reverse-engineer the decision trees or extract proprietary rules.
  • Use EyeVerdict to make automated diagnoses or treatment decisions for third parties.
  • Misrepresent EyeVerdict content as your own.
